Late 19th - early 20th century Comprising : - 49 table forks - 20 cake forks - 12 oyster forks - 3 small trident forks - 19 soup spoons - 21 dessert spoons - 18 ice-cream spoons - 24 fruit knives, silver blade and forged silver handle - 1 set of serving cutlery Weight of weighable pieces: 10.790 kg. M.O.: different according to the pieces, a majority bearing the hallmark of Paul CANAUX; Minerve hallmark. Wear marks, stains and scratches. There are 25 table knives, 9 round-tipped knives and 18 dessert knives, with steel blades and forged silver handles. Some knives are particularly worn.
