Pierre-Dominique MAIRE (1763-1827), 43 rue Saint-Honoré (Tabletier) Oval-shaped mahogany and chased brass toiletry set, comprising a first wooden tray decorated with a vermeil cassolette with wooden handle and zinc interior, four flasks, a vermeil lighter, a funnel, a vermeil covered pot, a vermeil openwork pot, a horn case and a brush. The wooden tray rests on a vermeil basin. In the lower part, a double tray displays a fountain pen, tweezers, 4 horn razor sharpeners, a small horn knife, four small points, scissors, a file in its case, a toothbrush, a bone case, a vermeil spoon and fork.
