Grey marble imitation stone "au puits" clock, finely decorated with gilt bronze and brass, the movement held in place by three beaded uprights surrounded by twisted wires surmounted by a pomegranate, the white enameled dial with Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes. The whole rests on a square white marble base, framed by four gilt bronze pillars joined by a drooping chain. Louis XVI period H. 38.5 cm; L. 17.5 cm; W. 17.5 cm Chips on the dial, beaded row on the base to be partially refixed, one of the wires twisted.
