Sale of the collection of Madame la marquise Landolfo Carcano, Paris, Galerie Georges Petit (Maître Lair-Dubreuil), May 30, 1912, no. 28, 23,500 fr). Our painting could be a study for the painting "Les Présents d'amour, Venus couronnée" (see P. Miquel and R. Miquel, Narcisse Diaz de la Pena (1807-1876), vol II Catalogue raisonné de l'oeuvre peint, Courbevoie, 2006, no. 2940).
