RUSSIA Set of the Order of Saint Anne, 1st class, comprising a cross in gold 56 zolotniks (583 thousandths), the arms with translucent red enamel decoration on a guilloché background of grains of rice on both sides, the center with painted enamel decoration depicting Saint Anne, and a plate in vermeil 84 zolotniks (875 thousandths), the center with red enamel decoration and closing at the back with a toggle pin. With its large red moiré silk cord edged in yellow. In its red leather-wrapped case, stamped on the inside with the gold stamp of the retailer P. S. Petrov in Saint Petersburg (damaged).
